MRA 2017 NOR/SI Amendment

The 2017 Notice of Race / Sailing Instructions have been amended:
AMENDMENT #1 TO NOTICE OF RACE AND SAILING INSTRUCTIONS -- 2017 SEASON
NRSI #6, Schedule of Races -- for Series 4 (9/2 and 9/3) changing "B*/C" to "B/C*" re protests and redress.
NRSI #6.3, Etchells New England Championship -- Changing the third sentence to say: "Protests and redress if any will be heard at CYC."
NRSI #9.5 -- Changing the first sentence to say: "The race committee shall penalize a boat without a hearing for a breach of NORSI 9.1, 9.2 or 9.4 by applying a 20 percent scoring penalty as calculated in RRS 44.3(c) for each race in which a breach occurs."
NRSI #17.1 -- Replacing "RRS 61.1(2)" with "RRS 61.1(a)(2)" in the first sentence.
NRSI #17.4 -- Replacing "NRSI 6.1" with "NRSI 6" (re hearings).
NRSI #19, VHF Radio Requirement -- Replacing the second sentence with: "The race committee shall penalize a boat without a hearing for a breach by applying a 20 percent scoring penalty as calculated in RRS 44.3(c) for each race in which a breach occurs."
