125th Race Week - Tune in, get ready and watch the latest video!!
July 17, 2014

MRA Members

We are excited to have the 125th Marblehead Race Week almost upon us.    Here is a link to the first of a series of short, mobile friendly videos that help capture this remarkable longevity in yacht racing history. What originally started as the Mid Summer Series in 1889 by the Corinthian Yacht Club has now grown into the longest running small boat regatta in the United States.

MRA has been an integral part of Marblehead Race Week and its tenure of success. Although the name has changed slightly and so too the schedule, both Junior Race Week and Senior Race Week are not only a Marblehead tradition, but also the breeding ground for some of the best sailors both nationally and internationally. We hope you enjoy this compilation of Race Week's yesteryear.

Also,  if you have not done so, you need to register for Race Week.  Your MRA membership includes the registration fee for Marblehead Race Week. However, a separate registration form (at no additional fee) will be required of racers that wish to compete in the Sperry Top-Sider NOOD Race Week Regatta. This form is available via the Sailing World - NOOD website prior to the regatta.
