The Marblehead Racing Association was established by the Boston, Corinthian and Eastern Yacht Clubs to coordinate and foster One Design Racing in the Marblehead area.

Our goals are to encourage the development of competitive racing skills at all levels in both one-design and PHRF fleets, to promote good sportsmanship, and to ensure the highest levels of competence in race management.

Alternative Penalties on Tap for 2013?
The MRA board spent a lot of time over the off-season discussing whether or not to institute an alternative penalty system for 2012. We voted against, but you can read the article here that started a lively, months-long debate.
